Registration families finish
A household wizard with players, waivers, volunteer slots, and installment deposits. Fees come from each program and division, so the form charges what the board set.
Club OS for youth ball
Ball Sports Hub is registration, scheduling, scoring, sponsors, and family messaging for youth baseball, softball, basketball, football, volleyball, and soccer. One public site for the club, one desk for the board, one app for every family.
What it does
Most clubs pay for a registration vendor, a team app, a website builder, and a spreadsheet nobody trusts. Ball Sports Hub replaces the set.
A household wizard with players, waivers, volunteer slots, and installment deposits. Fees come from each program and division, so the form charges what the board set.
Diamonds, gyms, pitches, and fields on one schedule. Coaches request time, directors place games and practices, and the public site shows the week.
Call a closure once. The public calendar, the family inbox, and every phone update together, with email and text for households that opted in.
A scorekeeper pad per sport: innings and pitch counts, quarters and fouls, sets, halves, downs. Finals roll into standings automatically.
Packages, banners, invoices, and follow-ups in one desk, next to donations and a concession stand that takes orders and tracks the till.
Background checks, SafeSport, concussion training, and medical flags tracked per person, with each role shown only the records it may see.
Who it's for
The board
Presidents, treasurers, registrars, field and safety directors
Sign in once and open every desk you own. See registration counts, balances, field requests, and safety gaps without asking anyone for a spreadsheet.
Coaches
Head coaches, assistants, team parents
Your own roster, your own schedule, your own team thread. Request field time, keep the book on game day, and post a final from the dugout.
Families
Parents, guardians, grandparents at the fence
Register from the couch, see this week's games and the live score, get a rain-out the moment it is called, and sign a missing waiver from the sideline.
Multi-sport programs
Community associations, parks and recreation, school districts
One login for softball in spring, soccer in fall, and basketball in winter. Each sport has its own programs, fees, and scoring, on a calendar the whole town can read.
How it works
New associations do not fill in a wizard alone. Setup is hands-on, so the club starts configured, not half-finished.
Tell us the association, the sports, and roughly how many players. We reply within a business day to set up a short call.
Export last season from whatever you use today. We import the roster, schedule, and sponsors, then set programs, divisions, fees, waivers, volunteer roles, and fields the way your board runs them.
A walkthrough for the board, the treasurer connects the club's Stripe account, and the public site goes live at your own link.
We watch the first week with you. Evenings and weekends in season count, so help is there when families are actually signing up.
Pricing
Card and bank processing is Stripe's standard rate, paid by the club or passed on. We will tell you the exact per-player figure on the call.
Questions boards ask
Yes. Registration, the public site, scheduling, scores, team messaging, sponsors, and the board’s records live in one place, so the association does not pay for a registration vendor, a team app, and a website builder separately. Last season’s roster, schedule, and sponsors come in from a spreadsheet export.
Each association connects its own Stripe account, so registration fees, donations, and sponsorships go straight to the club. The treasurer can also record cash and checks by hand. Card and bank-transfer checkout is turned on per club once the treasurer has finished Stripe’s verification.
Their own club. Every public page shows the association’s contact, because most family questions are about fees, teams, and schedules, not the software. Ball Sports Hub supports the board members and coaches directly, with coverage that follows the season rather than office hours.
Yes, and there is nothing to install from an app store. Families open the association’s link on a phone, add it to the home screen, and get this week’s games, the live score, rain-outs the moment the board calls them, and their own balance and waivers.
That is the point. One association can run softball in the spring, soccer in the fall, and basketball in the winter on one calendar and one login, with each sport scored the way it is actually played. Programs, divisions, fees, and waivers are set per sport and season.
Each role sees only what it needs. A coach sees their own team and nothing about other families’ balances. A parent sees their own children. Board members see club totals, and named background-check results stay with the safety role. Exports leave out emails, phones, and addresses.
Tell us about the club. We reply within a business day, and the first season is set up together.
